ADM releases global consumer trends

ADM, a global leader in nutrition, has released its second annual list of global consumer trends.

Brad Schwan, the vice president of category marketing for ADM, says ‘nourishment for the whole self’ topped this year’s list.

He says there is also an interest in flexitarian approach to eating as some consumers look to plant-based nutrition.

The trends are based on in-depth research from ADM’s consumer insights platform.
