Better understanding the benefits of high oleic soybeans

US soybean farmers have been losing food-oil demand since the onset of mandatory trans-fat labeling.  Five years ago, high oleic soybeans were launched and demand continues to grow. In 2024, high-oleic soybeans will be planted on one million acres.
