Consumers continue to choose beef

Domestic beef demand hit its highest level in more than 30 years in 2021. Cattlemen’s Beef Board chairman, Norman Voyles of Indiana says that was in large part due to the beef checkoff. 

Ensuring US beef is well positioned in front of consumers goes well beyond the normal avenues.
