Getting enough dairy nutrients
June is dairy month – are you getting enough dairy in your diet? Jennifer Dampf, nutritionist with the St. Louis Dairy Council says most Americans are NOT getting enough but says it’s easy to eat more dairy foods into your daily diet. She says dairy foods provide 70% of the calcium in the nation’s foods supply. Calcium is one of a number of essential nutrients in dairy.
