When John Swisher started his new company in 1956 he had two employees and considered his market to be 20, maybe 30 counties. Today JBS United, Inc. employees 450 employees and markets globally. Swisher sat down and talked with Brownfield’s Ken Anderson about re-inventing themselves each decade.
