Hartzler encouraged about a USMCA vote
Missouri Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler says her Democratic colleagues say they are very close to an agreement with Republicans on the USMCA.
“I’ve spoken on it. I’ve written the speaker. I’ve been visiting with different Democratic colleagues and I got some encouraging news from them that they felt like we might vote on it before Thanksgiving, which would be tremendous. They said if not then, they felt like for sure before the end of the year.”
House Speaker Pelosi said last week that she is optimistic about working out Democrats’ concerns on the trade deal.
