Harvest underway in Indiana

Harvest of some early planted corn and soybean field got underway in Indiana last week.

The USDA reports 8 percent of the corn crop was harvested as of Sunday. The crop is rated 31 percent good to excellent.

Six percent of the soybean crop is harvested. Forty-nine percent of soybeans are dropping leaves and the crop is rated 31 percent good to excellent.
