Missouri FFA officer ‘Always room for learning and growth’

New state FFA officers are in place for the coming year. The new Missouri FFA President is Brenden Kleiboeker from the Pierce City FFA Chapter. The State Secretary is Alexandra Gast of Nevada. First Vice President Isaiah Massey of Troy imagined it would be athletics that would dominate his high school years until he was encouraged to join the FFA and he began learning agriculture.

“One thing I could say for everybody out there is don’t let anybody tell you what you can or can’t do,” Massey told Brownfield Ag News. “You can still always learn; we always have room for learning and growth. I think the most important aspect is never being afraid to just take every opportunity you can.”

A total of sixteen young people will lead Missouri’s nearly 26,000 FFA members until next April.
