National Milk Producers support two-step WOTUS changes

The National Milk Producers Federation supports a two-step process to replace the Waters of the U.S. rule.  National Milk’s Vice President Jamie Jonker issued a statement Tuesday saying their members are in favor of rolling back the existing WOTUS regulation and creating a new policy that provides farmers greater certainty.

Jonker says when the new rule is developed, it needs to clearly define what constitutes navigable waters, and have clarity on key terms and definitions.
