Native American US military veteran survey

Native American US military veterans are being sought for an opportunity survey in a plan to develop 10 regional food hubs across Indian Country.

The Native American Agriculture Fund has partnered with the Farmer Veteran Coalition to understand how Native veterans are involved in food production and agriculture and connect them with the vision and mission of the fund.

The CEO of the fund Toni Stanger-McLaughlin says Native Americans serve in the US Armed Forces at one of the highest rates compared to other ethnicities and when they return they want them “to find healing and opportunity in the land.”

The survey is open through March 7th.
