Purdue Day at Indiana Statehouse

From fuel cells, to hydrogen generation Purdue researchers and students will have an opportunity to showcase more than two dozen alternative energy research projects at the Indiana Statehouse on Tuesday, March 22 during Purdue Day.

“Purdue has alternative energy research going on throughout campus and, in fact, around the state,” said Vic Lechtenberg, vice provost for engagement. “We’re pleased to have the opportunity to explain our work — and show off our students — at the Statehouse.”

In addition to exhibits and posters, Purdue students will also feature electric and solar powered vehicles and a windmill demonstration is planned.

Purdue Day will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the 22nd.
