Seven sites selected for animal ID listening sessions

The USDA has announced the schedule and locations for its national animal ID listening sessions.The first meeting will be held May 14th in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Subsequent sessions will be held in Washington state, Texas, Alabama, Kentucky, Connecticut and Colorado.

The listening sessions will include information about the current program, as well as an opportunity to give public testimony. Discussion sessions related to cost, confidentiality and liability will be part of the meetings.
