Syngenta & DuPont working on new class of herbicide
Syngenta and DuPont Crop Protection say they are working on a new class of herbicide chemistry. Their collaboration started in 2015 and the new herbicide is in the pre-development stage. They expect to launch it six years from now. In a joint statement, the companies say they are excited to be working together to provide much-needed NEW technology to farmers for weed management and to combat the growing problem of herbicide resistance.
