The unofficial start to the Indiana State Fair
The unofficial start to the Indiana State Fair is Ham Breakfast. Indiana Senator Joe Donnelly said he drove all night to make this morning’s breakfast.
He tells Brownfield agriculture is the heart and soul of the state and is the cornerstone of the economy. “Pork producers feed the world,” he says. “There are children that go to every night because of the work Indiana farmers do every day. We feed the world and we strengthen Indiana’s economy across the board. Agriculture is the heartbeat of our state.
The Indiana State Fair runs through August 18th.
