A better way to train and evaluate dairy farm employees
Robert Hagevoort is an Extension Dairy Specialist with New Mexico State University; he says as dairy operations have grown, they have not kept up with training employees. NMSU has developed a computer program to help large dairy farms not only train their workers but analyze their performance and better communicate with them.
