Trump to visit Iowa ethanol plant on Tuesday

President Trump travels to farm country this week to try to bolster his rural base.

On Tuesday, Trump will visit an ethanol plant—Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy—in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He’s expected to focus on the EPA’s recent decision to allow year-round sales of E15. And he’ll likely talk about the need for Congress to approve the U.S-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
