USDA designates more IN counties as Primary Natural Disaster areas
USDA designated 14 additional Indiana counties as Primary Natural Disaster areas. State Executive Director of USDA’s Farm Service Agency Julia Wickard says the additional counties were added due to the losses caused by this year’s extreme drought. She says, “Indiana FSA is committed to helping farmers navigate the multitude of programs that may be available in eligible counties.”
