Wisconsin OYF finalists named
The finalists have been named for Wisconsin Outstanding Young Farmer (OYF) Awards Weekend in January.

- Mike & Mindy McGlynn, Cazenovia
- Ryan & Katie Richert, Lyndon Station
- Mark & Angie Ulness, Valders
The candidates are selected based on progress in their ag career (50%), community involvement (25%) and soil and water conservation practices (25%).
The OYF Awards Weekend is January 22-24th in Eau Claire with the state winner named on Saturday evening. The winner will then be nominated to attend the national OYF Awards Congress in 2017.
Now in its 63rd year, Wisconsin OYF has had 16 national winners. On the national level, OYF is sponsored by John Deere and the Outstanding Farmers of America Fraternity; and supported by the National Association of County Agricultural Agents.
